Hello I'm 5'3 and 15 stone 210 pounds1100 calories a day

I'm trying to lose wieght since having fitness pal and understanding calories I'm currently eat around 1100 a day
And I'm so full up if you look at my food diary for the past 3 days I've eaten so much but it's all within 1100 calories I've read that it's Un healthy to only eat this much will this make me Ill or will the 100 I'm not taking in be fine I'm not going on a crash diet or anything like that I'm genuinely full up and satisfied has one else been eating this much and how is your wieghtloss going?
