Pumpkin Latte recipes?
I recently saw a video on how to "Make Your Own Damn Pumpkin Spice Latte," and it kinda sucked. It involved honey, pumpkin pie spice, and milk. Seemed like a good idea, but in the end, it just tasted like coffee with cinnamon in it.
Does anyone know of any pumpkin spice latte recipe that actually tastes as good as Starbucks but without the calories?

Torani makes a splenda-based Pumpkin Pie flavored coffee syrup. Add to a skim milk latte and you're good to go.0

Truvia is one of the stevia-based sugar substitutes for baking. Stevia in the raw or a similar product should work as well as long as you pick one that has a sugar like consistency. If you just use a concentrated powdered sweetener you might not end up with the syrupy consistency but I'm not sure if that even matters.
You might also have to adjust the amounts if you use a different brand, 0.5 cup truvia is equivalent to 1 cup real sugar, 2 tbs are0.25 cup real sugar.0 -

I ended up making this recipe last night and had some this morning. Very good! I added some more coffee to my cup to stretch it a little further. I used regular sugar, but you could easily substitute splenda or stevia or whatever sweetener you like.0 -

1 hot cup of coffee
1 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 drops of liquid stevia

What I typically do is combine in a saucepan half cup almond milk, sweetener of choice (I use 2 packets splenda), teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and two or three tablespoons pumpkin puree. Whisk everything together as it heats up then pour into a cup of coffee and stir. If I want it extra creamy/milky sometimes i'll add in a tablespoon or two of creamer, or even the specialty pumpkin creamer they have now0

I steam milk with my espresso maker. I just the steamed milk, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice. I find you have to go a little heavy with the stevia and spice. I think the steamed milk also makes it taste a bit more authentic.0

Here's mine! I adapted it from a few I found on Pinterest. If you make it just like this, it's only about 80 calories. I've seen recipes where pumpkin puree is mixed in, too, and still want to try that out.
Recipe (made in a French press):
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp coffee (hazelnut coffee tastes best with this recipe, in my opinion)
2 Tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (or syrup of choice)
8 oz skim milk
2 tsp sweetener of choice (I like Truvia or Stevia, but whatever works)
-Brew the coffee + pumpkin pie spice with 16 oz of water.
-Fill the bottom of your mug with the syrup.
-Shake the milk until it's nice and frothy, then heat it in the microwave for about a minute.
-Pour the hot coffee and milk into your mug and stir in some sweetener if you prefer.0
