Gotta take into consideration bone structure. I'm 5'5" and currently 185 pounds. When I was 145 pounds, I was a size 10. At 125 pounds, I was a size 6-8 which with my structure, bones were starting to stick out. That said, I think some things have changed with age, having kids, etc and I *think* if I can suffocate down to 125, it will wear better on me now than it did 15 years ago.

I have no idea how that weight will look on me. The last time I was there I was shorter (and in like middle school...).

CW: 159 (so excited to be below 160!)

GW: ~130, not really set. I'd be stoked with anything in the 130's. After that, we'll see.

    SW: 163 lbs (74 kg)
    CW: 154 lbs (70 kg)
    GW: 121 lbs (55 kg)
A bit unrealistic, since I've never been this thin, but we'll see. :D

    I am 5'5"
    CW 131
    GW 125

I have a medium sized frame, so I actually look fine now, just some toning up after having my 5th (and last) child. If you are small framed, 115 would be just fine. I was at 120 throughout high school and until I got pregnant with my first child at the age of 21. Funny that I used to think I was "fat" at 120 pounds!! Society gives us a bad image about what we think our bodies need to look like, or what an ideal weight should be. If you feel fit, healthy, and confident about yourself, does the actual number really matter?

I was the EXACT same way when I was 120 in high school. I never wore shorts or bathing suits.

    SW-145
    CW-138ish, last time I checked
GW-somewhere in between 120-130, maybe more, maybe less, I mostly just want to be thin, strong, and athletic (Good for swimming, track, gymnastics, etc.)

My goal is kind of silly, but I don't want to just look good in a bikini, I would like to be sort of like a superwoman. I don't mean that in like the wearing all spandex and flying around with a cape way, I'm thinking more along the lines of being able to do any sort of activity physically. A bit far-fetched, but maybe if I set my mind to it and lose some fat and gain some muscle, it will happen! :D

    I'm 5'4"
    SW: 194 lbs
    CW: 154 lbs
    GW: 130 lbs

I've been as low as 142 in the last year but I had a hard time staying there. At 142 I had a few people tell me I should be "done" but I still felt jiggly even after Insanity and running 100 miles a month. I've been in a rut for about a year and I'm trying to get going back the right direction but my body seems to really like the mid 150's. I think I could be happy above 130 if my belly is flat-ish and my thighs are less thundery.

    Forgot to mention I'm 25, 5'5

    SW: 185.2
    CW: 142.6
    GW: ?????

I'd like to see 140 on the scale but I'm really trying to push in my brain not to worry about the number. I just want to look lean and "toned" no matter what the scale says. I want to look good, not sound like I look good.

    5'3.5"

    SW : 170 lbs
    CW : 120 lbs

No goal weight. I have gotten to the point that visual queues and measurements are more of a priority than scale weight. Currently doing my first bulk with weightlifting. I set minor strength goals and I do kind of want to have a six pack, even if briefly , some day. Priority one for me is strength, though.

I find it interesting that the OP's starting weight is my goal weight. I have no idea if I'll stay there when I get down though.
