    SW: 250 lbs
CW: 240 lbs (lost after 3 wks in gym)
    GW: 150 lbs

The last time I weighted 150 lbs I was 14 yrs old. We'll see how it goes. :)

    SW-145
    CW-138ish, last time I checked
GW-somewhere in between 120-130, maybe more, maybe less, I mostly just want to be thin, strong, and athletic (Good for swimming, track, gymnastics, etc.)

My goal is kind of silly, but I don't want to just look good in a bikini, I would like to be sort of like a superwoman. I don't mean that in like the wearing all spandex and flying around with a cape way, I'm thinking more along the lines of being able to do any sort of activity physically. A bit far-fetched, but maybe if I set my mind to it and lose some fat and gain some muscle, it will happen! :D

CW: 159 (so excited to be below 160!)

GW: ~130, not really set. I'd be stoked with anything in the 130's. After that, we'll see.

i was so excited to see the 150's back on my scale, too! it's been probably 4 years since i saw that number!

I've been as low as 142 in the last year but I had a hard time staying there. At 142 I had a few people tell me I should be "done" but I still felt jiggly even after Insanity and running 100 miles a month. I've been in a rut for about a year and I'm trying to get going back the right direction but my body seems to really like the mid 150's. I think I could be happy above 130 if my belly is flat-ish and my thighs are less thundery.

    Forgot to mention I'm 25, 5'5

    SW: 185.2
    CW: 142.6
    GW: ?????

I'd like to see 140 on the scale but I'm really trying to push in my brain not to worry about the number. I just want to look lean and "toned" no matter what the scale says. I want to look good, not sound like I look good.

No goal weight. I have gotten to the point that visual queues and measurements are more of a priority than scale weight. Currently doing my first bulk with weightlifting. I set minor strength goals and I do kind of want to have a six pack, even if briefly , some day. Priority one for me is strength, though.

I find it interesting that the OP's starting weight is my goal weight. I have no idea if I'll stay there when I get down though.

I'm 5'6" and my current weight is 182. My goal weight is 135 but I've been as low as 120 lb. I might play around with those numbers when I get closer to goal.

I've never been below 145 (since I've hit puberty), so I'm super stoked that I'm approaching that number and can't wait to see how I look and feel once I'm close to my goal weight!

I've always been curvy even when I was small, i'm hoping by staying on the higher end of my "healthy weight" I'll keep my curves.

SW: My heaviest in college was 155
    CW: 123 (I have flucuated between 111(too small)and 125 for the last 5 year)
GW: I want to get back down under 120

I am a runner and the smaller I am the faster I can run. When I got down to 111 it helped me qualify for Boston finally, but it was too small. In the last year I've been stuck at 125, but would like to get back around 120.

I'm a curvy body type. I look good in the 50's, dang good in the 40s - body doesnt really tolerate anything lower than that

Ideally I would like to get my waist to 26 inches around the navel and my hips down to 40 inches. And my calves to <15" because I want to be able to wear a wider variety of boots!:grumble:

Congrats on the BQ! Did you get a spot in the race? I read that there were more qualifiers than available positions. Qualifying for Boston is definitely on my bucket list. I'm not allowed to run right now (weak pelvic floor and diastasis recti from back-to-back pregnancies) and it's kiiiiiiiilling me! I go for daily walks and am so envious of the runners who pass me. I can't wait to see how fastI am once I'm able to run again because I'll be at a much lower body weight than I was for my three previous marathons.
Cherish your body and its ability to run...it's crazy how much you miss it when it's gone! *sigh*
  • I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 128. I started my journey at 142, which was too much for me. However, I dont want to get below 125 because I have big boobs and if I lose too much, I start looking like Pamela Anderson. Her look isnt good on her, it sure as heck wont look good on me

Ultimate goal weight may be less, I'll decide once I'm there. Lowest adult weight was 168 way, way back in 1985. I looked very healthy then. One of my goals is to fit into regular sized clothes and not have to shop in the Women's or Plus Size sections. Vanity? Yup.
