New from New Orleans

just getting a bit more active in my fitness hustle. spent the last 6 months or so strictly on strength gains as my goal and decided as soon as i pressed 400lbs it was time to turn it into something functional, so now i rep out all my exercises. as part of my cutting routine, i am tracking my diet more closely and paying attention to my daily cardio as well. any advice is appreciated and im glad to help where i can as well.

    Sounds like the motivation is already there! Getting in a calorie deficit to cut up shouldn't be a problem. You can do it! GOHARD!

    All my family is from New Orleans. My mom and dad were raised in New Orleans. A lot of my extended family passed from obesity related problems from the food in New Orleans. I am so well aware! But the food is so damn good!! And i know how to cook it LOL!!!
