    Well I almost count, I am 5'3 1/2" LOL.
SW: 150ish, don't really remember was not there that long
    CW: 146
GW: Maybe 138-140. I am curvy and right now I am not fat but I am not skinny. I work out 5 days a week and do cross fit, most people thing I weigh less than I do. I was 135 15 years ago, and I was wayyyyy skinny for me. I think once I get closer to 140 I will be truly happy. :flowerforyou: My diary is open to friends, so if anyone wants a new friend I log almost everyday!

    I am 32 and 5'5"

    CW- 164
    GW- 140

A few years ago I was down to 132 and felt really happy there. I gained 40 lbs with late night eating while I was taking a full load in College. Then ended up pregnant with my 4th child. Gained 25 more lbs with that pregnancy and have slowly been working it off. I've been breastfeeding him for almost 18 months now and unfortunately for me, I'm not one to lose weight while bf.

My mom is 5'4" 3/4 and her ideal weight is 118 lbs. She has small features, a narrow face and legs and she really does look healthy that way because she can't carry a lot of weight well.

    For me:

    I'm 5'4 and weight around 145.

I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height.

I tend to agree with this, BTW ;)
I think that really depends on body type. I am 5'5" and was most comfortable at 117. I'm chesty but have generally have a very small frame (I literally have the hips of a 12 year old boy). 115 can be appropriate for someone who is 5'5" if they are naturally petite and smaller boned.

    SW was 214
    CW is 188.8
    GW is 150

I'm playing that 150 by ear as well. I am with so many others that a lot depends on how you look and feel. Being 150 would be a huge change for me and I'd want to manage that for a while and then decide how much lower I would go. I certainly wouldn't consider anything lower than 130-135.

1ST GW: 168 (hoping to reach by Black Friday)
2nd GW: 158 (hoping to reach by Xmas)
UGW: 140 (hoping to reach by valentine's day)

I just got over a 3 week sinus infection. My doctor okayed me to work out again starting tomorrow, the 25th so yay. We went over my diet and weight loss plan (I have Graves' Disease so we have to go over everything)
and the plan is 1500 calories per day, total not net (until my HRM comes in this weekend). Starting C25K in the mornings before class, then Focus T25 and JM 30 day shred, in the afternoon/evenings (whichever one I want, but one after classes and one before bed if I want, for the 2nd month because 30 day shred is only 30 days..). He said at least 2 a day is good, 3 a day is excellent. I guess we'll see my first set of results on 11/26.

He also said I could do 30 day shred every other day, starting from the beginning but I think Ill go with option 1 to build my endurance, then when the first 4 weeks go by, switch it up by adding in 30 day shred as well.

My fiance will be coming home for thanksgiving (he's in the air force) and he's motivated me every step of the way, so I do want to surprise him by being less fluffy lol.

I have a medium sized body frame so I think 140 is a good goal. At 168 (lowest weight ever, pre-thyroid diagnoses) I was in a size 10/11. I want to be a size 6-8 so we shall see.

Like others, Im not so fixed on a final number. If I don't add muscle tone, then 135, but Im trying to build muscle. I may be happy at 145.

Although technically 150 is still a little chubby for 5'5", it's still my goal weight. That may change when I get there, but anytime I've been around that weight, I felt and looked great. For now, one day at a time. I'll get there!

Hoping for an interim goals of 145 by Dec 22, when I take a trip to see relatives oversees. I would really like to look healthier as I haven't seen them in 8 years.

I was down to about 148 earlier this year, but gained some back, anc can't seem to crack that 150 mark again. I think I need to stop drinking with dinner/during the week. I may only have 1 glass of wine, but I really think that that 150 empty calories is part of my problem.

    But onward and upward!

CW: 125 (pre-pregnancy, we'll see in a few weeks, I'm 10 weeks pregnant now). I do have a smallish frame.
GW: 120-125, so around my current weight, more muscle less fat.

I know that's a bit heavier than a lot of women my height aim for, but I'm kind of large on top (broad shoulders as well as middlingly-large breasts) and inherited short legs with huge calf and thigh muscles from my father, so while I'll reevaluate when I hit goal, I worry that to get much lower than that I'd have to really struggle, and it would not look very good.

Once I hit my goal, I will re-evaluate. I was 115-120 many moons ago, but I didn't look healthy... not a healthy weightloss. I'm thinking if I hit my current goal and still need work, then I can shoot to lose more fat. As long as I have the muscle tone and do not look unheathly skinny... but a healthy THIN... I should be good. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin.

    I'm 34-ish

    5'5"

    SW: 198 (2006)
    CW: 149 (2007-Present)
    GW: 145 (whenever it happens...)

I lost a lot of weight years ago...and I've managed to keep the bulk of it off. After a bad breakup and such, I got down to 135 and I looked skeletal...not healthy. I have an hourglass figure...and love my curves...so 140-145 is ideal for me...but honestly...I just want to feel good in my own skin. I very rarely weigh myself anymore, and just stay conscious of what I put into my body and moving it as often as I can (running, etc). Every BODY is different...what looks good on me at 5'5" may look too much on you...just remember that you want to healthy. TOO SKINNY is overrated and dangerous!!!
