How much cardio are you doing, and for how long?
Do you have pre-workout AND post-workout meals already planned?
Are you properly hydrated and do you keep electrolyte balance in mind?0 -
Eat something then. You have 190 pounds to lose so your calorie goal should be pretty high and also your exercise calories (which you should be eating back) will be substantial so you should be able to eat enough to stave off this hunger
I'll give you this link just in case you've set your calorie goal lower than it needs to be. Good luck

Since your diary is closed, it's hard to know if you're eating enough.0

Maybe you aren't eating enough? It makes me hungry, too, so I eat back some of the calories I burn.0

Makes me hungry as well. I also have the urge to touch myself sometimes. Good thing our brains are developed enough so that we can make calculated choices on our urges or else I'd be flopping my dong around at the most inappropriate occasions.

Are you eating the right kinds of foods to help you stay full?
Protein keeps you satiated the longest, then fat, then carbs.
Open you diary so we can see what you're eating, and make suggestions for you accordingly.0 -

I don't know much about this but you are below your calories the days I saw. That may be why you are still hungry0 -
It makes me hungry too. You should have a post workout meal within 15 minutes of your workout. Then have something small to eat every 2 hours, planned.0

if true, then fair enough.power to you.
pics, stats, ticker,sw and goals would help.
you cant say you used too if you still do though.
surely you can see the credibility gap in your OP?0 -

Your diary is all over the place. The day before your work out, you were in the 1300. You're a 24 year old male, of course you would be hungry. Nothing wrong with fast food, but more nutrient dense foods would keep you fuller longer.0

How much cardio are you doing?
There are various theories about whether you need to be eating breakfast before exercising. If you do need food beforehand then something like a banana is good to give you energy. After finishing then you should be eating some protein within a few hours.
Looked at your diary and it was alarming. It must be hard to keep a calorie deficit when some days you are 1300 and other days 5000. If you are going to eat back then 50% as lots of the MFP estimates are felt to be incorrect.
If its working for you then keep on with it.0 -

I too get super hungry after cardio. I reconcile it by thinking it's my body eating away at my fat stores and that's what I do it for, so I don't cave in to the hunger. Whenever I do I feel like all the hard work I put in to exercising was a waste because I just ate it all back.0

when i get hungry after cardio, i have some protein - non-fat yogurt or protein powder.
but OP, you don't tell us how long you work out or how intense the workout is. that makes a huge difference.0
