Hi everyone I just joined a friend told me about this cite and so far I think I am going to like it a lot. I just need a lot of help on what to eat for breakfast as well as for dinner. Any good ideas Thank you :happy:

WELCOME......I have been here for a few weeks and really like it. I eat oatmeal,or eggs,or 2 health waffles with apple butter for breakfast. Dinner i eat a huge variety....0

My favorite thing for breakfast is Chobani non fat plain greek yogurt. It is loaded with protein, which is great for weight loss. One cup contains 24g or protein and 140 calories. I get the big tub of plain and add my own fruit to it. I usually add a sliced banana or strawberries, with a little drizzle of honey for sweetness. It is so good. You can get the 6oz cups with fruit already added, but then you can't control the amount of added sugar.0
