I was 135 lbs last year and I was a size 4 jeans with a size medium/small top. This time I'm going in with more muscle so I'll be using my size 4 jeans as my judge of when to stop.0 -

I have a small frame so I think 110 would look good on me. Also, I feel I have a lot of body fat given how much I weigh. Losing that alone may help me lose the last 10 pounds. Oh yes and I weight lift too. Squats, dead lifts, bench press and all.0 -

I no longer have a goal weight, I just want to be super strong and lift all the weights. I wear a size 6 and eat like a horse (bulking) so I have no problem with the number on the scale. I will cut 8-10 pounds of fat starting in January to find the muscles I've been building. Really though, no real goal weight number, I just want to feel good and be strong.0 -
These threads are always kinda sad for me .... The #s. And! It always shows that body composition is so different for everyone. Take 10 random 5'4 women @ "x" amount of pounds & they will look diff. I cannot imagine weighing 115. My body comp is such that I'd have to lose a limb. I have more than 115 lbs of fat free mass.

I completely agree with you. I feel as though everyone's weight goal is so low. It's a personal preference I guess.

I would even take 170 because I was that low last September. When people guess my weight they always guess 140 -160 I don't know why lol. In terms of health my blood sugar, blood pressure and everything is in the normal ranges. My blood pressure is actually on the low side.
I guess everyone carries their weight differently. I can't imagine being below 145.
In tops I wear all sizes (xs, s, m, and l) In pants I wear a 12-14 hoping to get down to a 10.0 -

5'3"....ok maybe I'm 5'2" and 3/4 but the doctor rounds up and that's all that matters lol.
Current weight is 135ish. I don't really have a goal weight. I've been as low as 105 at the end of college but I can't imagine getting anywhere near that again. Probably around 125, maybe 120. My body type is very dense so even when I'm at a lower weight, I'm fairly solid.
My goal is really just to feel confident in clothes and comfortable rocking a crop top without feeling self-conscious. Just want to be healthy.0 -

Here's the thing... Pregnancy will get ya if you're not careful! I worked my butt off and lost 40lbs, pre-pregnancy and gained 60lbs during pregnancy HA!... btw I have the most beautiful 9mth old girl that I wouldn't trade for anything in the world! She is my inspiration to getting back into shape and taking control... She loves her stroller rides while mommy takes a jog!

Haven't been 130 for a LONG time. Was keeping up a fairly comfortable weight of around 136 to 141 for about 5 years, but in the last year, I've gained the extra weight and feel uncomfortable and unhealthy. Working on this now!0 -

I guess everyone is different because I look ill at 115. I look gaunt and skeletal. I was there and a little below when I was a drug addict. 140 is just about right for me. I look quite fit at that weight. But like others have said, I want to try to not be so fixated on a number.0 -
