I would love to trade ideas/recipes with others who eat using fewer carbs. I am tired of just eating Meat and Vegetables and I know there has to be other things.

Friend me and we can discuss what my options are for low carb cooking.

Have you tried the meat loaf recipe where you use provolone and prochuto, I am a terrible speller.
    I really like this

The 17 Day Diet introduces healthy carbs in it's Cycle 3. I do 2 of these carbs 5 days a week and always have them before 2:00 in the afternoon. Here's the list of approved carbs: http://17ddblog.com/food-lists/cycle-3/

Another thing I've tried and is the cauliflower pizza dough and zucchini pizza strips - can google recipes for those.

I'll be watching this thread to get some more ideas as well.

I just made some Cauliflower rice. It actually looks like white rice. I put a small tab of butter, which has no carbs. Salt and pepper. It actually has more taste than white rice in my opinion. Next time I am going to try topping with a little parmesean.
