How about getting re-started....

I've been gone for almost a month because of a new job, being busy and procrastination. It seemed so hard to come back once I left. I'm only five lbs from my goal weight and I really want to lose this last five. How about some suggestions on making this a habit again, coming on here, logging my food ect. It's so easy to say to yourself your to busy and before you know it it's been a month!
