    Congrats!

I did a forward fold in yoga last night and my head rested on my knees. Haven't been this flexible in a long time.

I am wearing a smaller bra than I did yesterday! I noticed that the one I had on was really serving no purpose at all, so I put on a smaller one I had from when I lost weight last time and it fit!! I know, some people hate losing "the girls", but going from a DDD to a DD is ok by me

Was just eating my morning snack of popcorn, I looked down to brush some crumbs of my pants and I didn't recognize my thighs, they looked skinny!:drinker:

I was putting my makeup on this morning and I realized my cheeks actually sink in a bit beneath my cheekbones and I can almost see my cheekbones!

Almost 2 inches lost from my waist.

This was an important NSV for me since there was no SV this week. :grumble:
  • I just realized that I haven't had to use the raising lever on my office chair in over a month...I used to have to re-raise it every two hours.

Been a 2X for years now, but all my clothes are getting big on me. I ordered a new shirt in a 1X. It arrived yesterday ... and was way too big.

My good navy blue twill pants zipped this morning! (I couldn't wear them to work because they're a bit short and really only look nice with sandals, but they DID zip!)
  • Went down another notch on my belt.
  • Super hot, muscly, serious lifter guy at the gym said my workouts are killer & that I am looking great! I won't lie, it made me blush & pushed me to work harder through my workout! :blushing:

Today was my first day of swimming after 3 months gap. Thought I will try doing 20 laps and may be 50 laps if I really feel good. I was very happy that not only I was able to do102 laps but did an hour of beginner's yoga afterwards.

    Great job all!

This morning I was able to get through all of the sets of globe jumps & floor sprints during my Insanity workout. That was a first.

Going to finally go buy me some khaki's that fit. :) Been pulling and tugging at mine for over a month now and it is time. Excited to be in a size (or two) smaller. :)

    Great stories!

My NSV, I found I'm now capable of running upstairs for 6 floors without stopping to die!

Last year I was on a mission to find black knee high boots that would fit around my calves. It took a while, but I found a pair that fit and were comfy.

I put them on yesterday and my calves were swimming in them. I can no longer wear them to work with a skirt, they are too loose. They are now becoming "casual jeans tucked into them boots" instead.

My jeans fit better and I've got more energy. Doing a 30 day squat challenge and am feeling great! I notice my gait has a zip to it!

Trying to find a seat on a loaded bus this morning, I didn't have to wonder : "Will my but fit between those two over there?"

I progressed from a single, struggling set of 12 reps at 160 lbs on the leg press, to 2 full sets, only struggling on the last 3 reps, this week.

    Newbie gains, I'll take 'em.

I went to an annual visit with my doctor yesterday. She told me that I'm a healthy weight and don't have to lose anymore (unless I want to). She also told me she was impressed that I was able to lose while my husband and I bought a house and moved. :drinker:

Shopping success! Last night went shopping for a cocktail party on Saturday. I found a little black dress in less time than I had allotted to do so, and had to choose from a few options that looked and felt nice! The new shoes and hose also were fun :)

    Way to go everyone!

Even though the scale is being a total jerk, I am down another pants size! :D

Almost 3 months into starting weightlifting with a friend, my arms and upper chest are finally starting to look muscular (kinda). And last night, when we were doing core exercises, I really felt a difference in my strength when I hadn't so much before (except for my planking abilities). Feels really good to be getting noticeably stronger, even while in a calorie deficit :) Newbie gains indeed :drinker:

Had to switch to a different belt this morning. First one didn't have enough holes.
    Belt was looser than pants!
