Thanks for sharing! Wow...my eyes are wide open! I need to go buy a scale after work. I am glad I got this info on Day 2 because I haven't been weighing food...just estimating except for the pre-packaged food I eat.0 -

Yes they are!! I heard losing weight is 70% what you eat and 30% activity. Thank you for the great exercise advice! I purchased a Jillian Michaels 30 day dvd, some hand weights, an exercise ball and a yoga mat. I think that's a good start for exercise.0
