Chris Powell weight loss edition boot camp DVD

Anyone do this? Is it decent or not even worth it? How would you log this workout on mfp? Aerobics?

    This site says the sections are: warm-up 6 min /11 strength/11 strength/13 strength/16 strength/ 6 min. stretch.

    Looks like you want to use strength training under cardiovascular. I recommend taking off for the warm-up & stretch because MFP tends to give inflated estimates.

    There is a calisthenics option in the strength training part of the database. I would use that. And I agree to remove the warm up and cool down. I use a HRM and get a pretty close calorie count logging it as 40 minutes rather than the whole workout.
