I can do most of the jumpkicks in les mills combat <3 when I first started the program I figured I'd have to finish the first 2 programs before I could even attempt it but now I know I can do it! I'm so proud of myself dor being able to get my feet (and my bum) out of the floor!

Bought a large symphony chocolate bar because, well, 1) I love chocolate and 2) I crave it at a certain time of the month; AND ate ONLY four squares of it and logged it. Rest is in the freezer to be nibbled bit by bit throughout the week, because my husband doesn't like chocolate, bwahahahaha. In the past I would have finished the whole thing in an hour.

I have not had any Pepsi Max for 2 whole days! I used to EASILY go through 2 or 3 big bottles a day, so this is a really big thing for me :)

a suggestion was given to me by the guy that does my workout classes (that also was given to him by his nutritionalist) it was
    Vegetables and meat Only!
    NO bread,
    NO Pasta,
    NO Rice,
    NO sugar,
    No flour products
I stuck with it which was suprisingly easy as much as i love subway and pasta lol and to my suprise I lost 5 pounds this week!!
    woo hoo!! :)
yes i KNOW that its not good to lose that fast BUT after I have been in a plateau for about a month i am pretty excited lol

Sometimes, I think changing it up a little can help get you over a plateau :D You might find that you put a couple back, but overall I think you will be in deficit :) WELL DONE YOU! :D

I got in to my Primark size 16 Jeggings, which I am happy about as size 16 in Primark is a 14 everywhere else :)

Make sure you take mints regularly, low carb gave me bad breath, think it's called ketosis, I wasn't even trying to be low carb, I was just preferring salad at the time..

Got into my size UK 12 jeggings, which are really tight around the thighs (me having thunderthighs doesn't help). But I got in them and I didn't feel like a stuffed sausage!

Having my true worth presented to me before my eyes. Even being completely worthless allows me to begin again from zero. That's a win in itself. The truth shall set you free...

For several weeks it's been too hot (100-110) for me to want to do any yard work. I've been slacking on any kind of physical exertion, to tell you the truth. It got down into the 70's and 80's today so I did a massive yard clean up. It took hours and I'm kinda sore, but my yard looks awesome!

Glad you are able to see the winning side of a crappy sounding situation. :flowerforyou:
    There's a story behind this post...:brokenheart:
How did you become completely worthless and how was it presented to you? I'm intrigued.

I could never heave my body and walk for 10 minutes straight, much less jog. After getting rid of 17 kilos, for the first time ... I jogged for 2 minutes.

That's all I can do for now before my asthma seizes me. However, I consider that a BIG achievement.

    1) I did not eat cake at a birthday party.
    2) I exercised M, W, TH, and F this week.
    3) Even though the scale was being incredibly obnoxious all week I stayed on track with my eating. This morning I finally saw a new decade.
