Weightloss Help! SOS

Hello dear MFP Members!

I hope you're well as I ask you this question! :) I've been dieting and doing fitness for a while--4 from May--and I just can't understand something. I haven't been losing any weight. Like I eat the 1200-1330 calorie intake as said--for the most part anyways--and workout a lot. And nada. I've plateaued and it's rather annoying, because I would LOVE to see some results for me and my health!

    Make sure you're weighing an measuring all your food. Not "for the most part", but all. It sucks, I know, but that's how you get good totals.

    If you hasn't yet seen your doctor, as everyone should when beginning a weight loss journey, go see him.
