New here, 39 male, need to lose about 80 lbs (true story)

My name is Keith, and I'm currently hovering around 225 lbs, and I'm 5'4" male. Ideally I should be around 145, the lowest I've gotten to at all was about 165 which was done by counting calories. Just got tired of it and eventually stopped.

Hopefully using myfitnesspal to keep track of stuff will be easier.
