October Accountability Challenge

Hello! For the month of October, my fitness and nutrition motivation group on Facebook is doing an Accountability Challenge. People earn points for posting their daily workouts and food logs, as well as bonus points for doing special challenges, which may be something like posting a healthy recipe or doing an extra short workout on a particular day. It’s a great group of people doing a variety of workouts and we would love for more people to join us. Send me a message if you would like more info! :)
