    I Used This:

In my pic it is raw. I nuked it with cold sauce for 3 minutes. Usually I will nuke raw for 3 minutes and then drain( it tends to collect a lot of water from the zucchini.

But your imagination is your limit. You can stir fry with other veggies and meats. I did not use any seasoning on it because my sauce had seasoning. I have also had friends put it in boiling water like you would pasta for a minute or two, then drain well. I don't like to do that because it tends to get mushy,

    Breakfast - Biscuits and gravy

    imagejpg1_zpse43a7882.jpg

Dinner - I made a grilled turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato, and mustard (it was ugly but tasted really good). Sides of salad and 2 clementines.

Quite possibly the best churros I've had. And I've had plenty!
Crispy on the outside - hot, chewy, moist (and oily) on the inside. Love in every bite.

Only gripe would be that there isn't enough cinnamon sugar :''(

Tried that whole roasted spicy cauliflower recipe that has been floating around FB for a while now. WAYYY to spicy and too al dente for my taste. Definitely will be making changes to the recipe next time.

Okay, so while I was at my dad's, he made this sauce that had pad thai sauce, pasta sauce and some kind of Indian tomato based sauce, and served it with broccoli-sweet potato-potato-pepita mash and chicken tenderloins.

French Onion Soup. Tried a new way of making it. I caramelized the onions in the crock pot for 11 hours. THEN added the rest of the ingredients. Turned out FANTABULOUS!

are these 'diet-food'? i am HUNGRY!!! :explode:

What is "diet food"? Food is food. If it fits in your daily calories, then you should be able to meet your goals, whether those goals are to lose, maintain, or gain weight.

problem is, i don't think they will fit my daily calories budget... :( *envy you guys*
