These are all so great! I'm not ready for mine yet; I've only lost 10 pounds so far, but I'll definitely need to take an "after" when I get closer to goal. (One of the things that convinced me I had to lose some weight was the fact that my glasses were getting tight, and these are the same glasses I had when I was at my goal weight two years ago so I know there will be a difference in my face because they used to fit!)0

OMW, how inspirational, I have just spent the last 20 mins being quite flabergasted. You are all amazing and seriously the pride and strength shines through in your after pics. I hate my fat face, more than my fat *ss to be fair so I am hoping that as I have lost 25lbs and substantially lost in the said fat *ss area, the next 25lbs will come off my chin and my face doesn't melt into a sagging over 40's mess lol
This is now officially by favourite and 'go to' thread when I feel the need to be lifted.

I love how much happier everyone looks in their after pictures you've all done amazing so here are mine still a work in progress
Before from about 4 years ago not sure on weight but at my heaviest I was about 195 pounds After/During was taken in Dublin this year at around 155 pounds.
Please excuse the alcohol in both pictures but i hate having my photo taken and normally only allow it after I've had a drink.0 -
