Changing my life 1 day at a time...

And looking for support along the way. Started this journey 2 weeks ago with my first crossfit class and nearly died!!! Couldn't move for a week without hurting. Then yesterday i got myself a vivofit to keep me on the right track... and so far i find it fun to keep up with it. Looking for likeminded people on the same journey.. I need to loose a lot of weight.. but i will take it 1 kilo at a time...

    Small steps... Learn from walking first, then build up your fitness. Going straight into a fitness class will cause injuries unless you have a good tutor who teaches newbies in one class and then you build up to the next class.
