...to go to the gym!!!

Its been a manic, hot, sticky, problematic, exhausting day, and I should have left half an hour ago!!

But today is only day 2 of the wagon and I must. Even if I did get up early to start my bike training. I'll never get into a routine if I dont go!!

Can I go and just not push too hard and be gentle with myself?

    I have days like that. You definitely can be gentle with yourself! I tell myself I can leave as soon as I've burned a minimum of 200 cals on a bad/exhausted day. Walking on the treadmill is very gentle and you can up the incline and watch a show on your phone to pass the time :)

    I found reading my kindle helped! :D

    Now having sweats n horrific stomach cramps! Been having hot flushes/sweats all day but assumed was cuz rushing about in a warm lab. Cramps started on drive home.

    Considering either bed or gentle walk. Having a sit down n a cuppa to see how I feel in 10 minutes!

    I did do 10 mins on my bike this morning so I've at least done something. Would prefer to do more but not if ill.

    Woo, banging headache now as well. Fabby!! :-/ :'(
