weight loss = hungrier more

It's weird but yesterday I noticed that I am hungrier after eating. I am still eating the same amount and things I always eat. But when I'm finished it's like I barely ate anything. My friend says it because my metabolism is speeding up. Is this true? If not whats the deal? Should I eat a little more?

    I think of my self as the Hulk in terms of eating. That's my secret...I'm always hungry. :mad:

    It's funny b/c before after I'd eat I'm like man I can't eat another bite. Now it's like that's it? I just noticed this yesterday too

    You might be under eating for what your body needs. I don't know all the details so I can't really help you. If you're working out a lot and not eating calories back that could be the simple answer.

    Drink more water before and during your meal. Maybe add a glass of milk. Normally I'm not a huge fan of milk but when I am trying to reduce, it is awesome stuff.
