Hi i'm looking for people who need to loose 120 plus to give each other the encouragement thats needed, I'm just thinking we will more than likely be here a lot longer than those of you that only need to loose 20lb ( hopefully that will be me one day ) lol
I'm not saying that i only want friends that need to loose that amount of weight so if any of you think you can be of some help to me please add away x x

I started with ~190 lbs to lose. I've lost 91 so far! I can always use motivated people and I like to motivate in return because I know how hard the first few weeks/months are especially. My 1st goal, per the doctor, is 170 so I have a total of 150 to lose total to get my main goal.
Once I reach that goal I'll see where I want to end at.

Please add me as a friend. I have gotten a decent start but still have a long way to go. Would love to have the support and accountability to and from others. Its much better with a group than going it alone. My profile is open (I think) and so it my food diary. I know I like to get ideas of what other people are eating as my diet is pretty bland sometimes. I would love to connect and maybe make some friends that have something in common with me as all of my real life friends are much smaller than I am and do not know my struggle.0

Anyone can feel free to add me. I started with about 125 to lose. It's taken 2 yrs of fighting everyday, but I'm down 61 lbs- so, close to halfway. I'm not on a deadline, but I know I'll get where I'm going in time. Consistency, commitment, and remembering "....failure is not fatal.", are key. Bad days happen, makes the good ones even better!0

My first goal is 20 stone i just thought setting a goal of about 12-14 stone was a dream to far so once i hit my first goal i will set the next one for 15 stone and so on0

Iv'e changed it to show the full amount i want to lose now i will be happy to hit 11 stone 5lbs which is a 14 stone loss I going to be a long road with a few ups and downs along the way but i have made a promise to myself that i will do it this time0
