    They are good, aren't they? My favorite form of low carb cookies by far. I sometimes add some cocoa powder to it, or a bit of sugar free pudding mix. The only difference is that I use artificial sweetener like stevia or monkfruit.

    yes they are still sweet...my fiancé has a sweet tooth. you can taste a hint of the chilli. I got 21 cookies total and my calculations came to 193 cals per 3 cookies. I'm not good at baking but these make look like a pro.
