I'm fully committing myself this time to lose weight.
My goal is to lose 80lbs this year. 40lbs this time in June!
Thats 2lbs a week!
Hope I can do it!

    Welcome! 2lbs a week should not be hard at all. Just stay focused and you'll reach your goal.

    2lbs a week is a good goal, healthy and will make it easyer for you to stay on track. I am on the same goal 2lbs a week. I did it last year and lost 40 lbs in 4 months, lost focus and gained back 15, but have refocused myself again this year and I know we can both make our goals.
