Anyone know any app that i could use to track omega 3-6 fats? :-) tx

The problem i see is that not all nutrtion labels indicate the 3-6 amounts right?0

but i think its more about the balance of 3 and 6 more than the intake, right?0 -
Yes its more about balance as i understand it, but i would like to track it to know what kind of ratio i have :-) tx for your app suggestion, will try it out for a few days to see if it works :-)0

I'm not sure about tracking however I use this Omega 3 http://www.amztk.com/ultimate-omega and I've seen amazing results. I absolutely love this Omega 3 it's extremely good quality and very high EPA and DHA levels. It has helped me tremendously and I take it daily.0
