This is my favorite breakfast smoothie!
1 cup of Vanilla non-fat Greek Yogurt (I really like the Kroger brand bc of the protein to sugar ratio, but have used others)
1 cup of sliced up strawberries, frozen or fresh
1 banana (I used fresh bc my smoothie maker can't handle frozen)
2 tbs of semi-sweet chocolate chips
After I blend these together, THEN I add the ice and blend. Makes it much easier on my cheap-ish smoothie maker.
It has ~480 calories depending on the brand of yogurt used. Right now the GV brand I'm using from walmart is pretty high in calories and comparably lower in protein. I probably won't buy it again.
I hope you guys enjoy!
