Hello!
I just began their 1st round of the 8 week program 2 days ago. After finishing day two (and breaking a good sweat on the "low impact") I wondered just how hard things would be after the first two weeks, since their literature say things will begin to get difficult at this point. Though I haven't skipped ahead with my workout, I did view several of their video's and while they seem like they will give you a good workout, it certainly doesn't seem impossible. I've done a boot camp workout before and it doesn't seem any tougher than that (and that was rough!)
Best of luck with your workouts! Keep us posted...0 -
I did the 4 week beginner program followed by the program for "Busy People" (who isn't?) where all the workouts are about 30 minutes. I loved them both. Once the weather gets too cold for outdoor running I'm going to purchase the most recent 8 week program and do that for the winter. They will always give you options for modifying moves that are too intense for you yet, so don't ever feel bad about scaling back when you need to. It's better than an injury that stops you in your tracks. Enjoy!0

My wife is a big fan of these people. She does their HIIT cardio videos several times a week, in addition to lifting, and has been seeing consistent weight and inches lost.0

I'm starting the first round in two days. I just finished the 5 day challenge and loved it. I've lost weight and inches consistently doing their 1000 calorie epic workouts before. I stopped working out and counting calories on mfp out of laziness for 6-7 months and put on 15lbs. I just got back on mfp and working out last week. The 5 day challenge was brutal but it felt so good, and in a week, my clothes are already loose! Now that everything isn't sore, I'm starting the 8-week program.0

I love fitness blender so much. I like the trainers, the way the videos are made, and the variety. If I remember right, the videos have narration but no music, which I like so I can put on my own music and not have it competing with the video while also not losing any of the direction. I tried the 8-week fat loss program once but didn't finish because I got an elliptical and got sidetracked. I intend to restart it this winter. I actually just reprinted the pdf this afternoon. I liked that the program slowly built up my endurance and stamina, but was also able to challenge me at the same time.0

well I've done day 2 and 3, I didnt do day 1 as it was a fitness test and I didnt have the equipment and also I wont be working out on Fri as I'm away for the weekend . The workouts are good but I'm looking forward to week 3 and so on as they up the intensity as I'm quite fit aleady as I would usually work out Jillian Michael, Bob Harper etc so the intensity at the moment is not that much but in saying that its not easy either it does make me sweat , I've also just ordered some heavier Dumbbells as the heaviest I have at the moment is 4kg so I've ordered 7.5kg so in totel would be lifting 15kg.0

I also just started round 1 today. I also skipped the fitness challenge. Day 1 was pretty easy but you can adjust it to make it more difficult. Instead of the stepping in place, you can jog or even do jumping jacks. I got a heart rate monitor today so I am excited to see where I fall within their calorie burn range tomorrow.
I did the 5 day challenge last week which was a lot of fun.0 -
1st week completed it wasnt too bad and I wasnt sore really but I've looked ahead to next week which looks really tough but I'm looking forward to it.0

I'm planning on doing one of their 8 week rounds in the winter...I know I'm going to need it after thanksgiving with my family
Their HIIT workouts are freaking awesome though! I mean, it will have you sweating and yelling obscenities at the screen but when the workout complete message comes on the screen you'll feel like a superhero :happy:0 -

Well done you!
I did the 5 day challenge last month, my favorite was days 1 and 3...I may scrap my workout plans for next week and revisit this instead.0 -
FYI I just got a heart rate monitor and I find that the calories I burn are less then the range they give. So careful guessing your calorie burn if you are eating back the calories. If you are unsure I would pick the lower number and cut it in half to be safe and eat those back.

I generally follow the lower estimate to be safe as well, but a HRM won't be accurate for interval training and strength training which is a lot of what fitness blender offers.0

well I'm on 2nd week day 3 of the 8 week challenge, I have to say this week is much harder than the 1st week my legs and arms ache (but in a good way) its an Abs day today with HIIT and tomorrow back to arms, Friday legs/cardio then I've the weekend off. I'm really enjoying this workout I'd highly recommend it to anyone, I havent noticed a difference in my body yet but its only early days I've just over 6 weeks left of the challenge so hope to see a difference by then.0
