Any one know how I can figure out the sodium and calories? I looked it up on the list and there is 2 choices but one is 410 calories and 880 sodium and one is 65 calories and 195 sodium...
Wondering how I can figure it out to decide between that or a hamburger steak lol

Look up the the chicken leg and all your ingredients here:
http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list
Add them together. Voila.
ETA: You need to weigh your ingredients on a scale to be accurate, science-person0 -
