    I tell ya...initial maintenance phase is AS difficult as losing...at least in the first month. Trying to find that sweet spot. I disconnected my Fitbit as I need to find my calorie point sans the exercise measurement. It will happen!

    Still pushing the Maintenance bandwagon...it's been a ride trying to land on the right calorie intake. I know I won't find the magic number to stay perfectly at goal, but the roller coaster sure is dizzying. BUT...I'd rather flex around with 5 or pounds than 78 again. :smiley:

    Thanks...again!!! The maintenance part is still on a slight roller coaster. Guess my loss and my age really need to learn to work better together. o:)
