    I'm in. My goal is gonna be 12,000 steps a day or more :3 It's a little hard on my work days when I spend the whole time standing or sitting, but that's the point of setting goals.

    10/01-- 12497 -- 12497

    Okay, I'm in. My goal is at least 10,000 steps a day. Just started back to work this week, so not quite as easy to get them in as it was this summer.

    OMG this would kill me! I'm 20 days in MFP and have only taken short walks. My life consists of mostly sitting... at work... at home... If I had to guess I may have 1000 steps by the end of the day... but that is stretching it!

    But this will give me a reason to buy a Fitbit... or one of those gadgets...

    So why not????

    Twooliver - Fitbits can be great but can be expensive. You can buy just a simple step counter for $5 to 10 to start.

    I'm in. I want to get back to at least 10k steps a day, and I've been slacking on it. I'll check on my FitBit tonight for the first 5 days, and post from there :)

    My goal is to AVERAGE 10,000 a day or 310,000 steps in the month. I use a fitbit to count my steps.
