Shredding for the wedding

Anyone else in this boat? I'm getting married September 26 next year and would like to lose almost 30 lbs, hoping this is doable. I need other brides/motivated weight loss friends to keep me on the right track, as I've tried and failed before. I think getting into my dream dress is all the motivation I need. Feel free to add me and offer any tips you may have. Xo!

30lbs in one year is quite doable. And it doesn't have to be painful either. A moderate caloric deficit is all you need. Read these links for the specifics >>>
ETA: I was thinking this was one of those "I need to lose 30lbs in 2months" threads. But if you start now with a healthy diet and both cardio (for fat loss) and strength training (for muscle retention and definition) you will look awesome in that dream dress.

Ohhh, no no no. I know that losing weight that quick isn't healthy, so I thought I would give myself a reasonable amount of time to do so. I've gained almost 30 lbs since I started working at the hospital and I'm just tired all the time and feel... round. I'd like to get rid of that feeling so I can be self confident in my dress. Thanks for the encouragement and all of the helpful links!0

That's a big part of my motivation too, though I plan on living better for a long time after that. June 2016 baby! I want to look HAWT in my dress, and have my bikini body back by a year after that for our honeymoon.0
