Hello, everyone, im new here, and a littl e confused too, Is there any point based foods, here etc.?
I only need to lose 10 lbs.
Even that is so hard, especially when I got a family of 5 to cook and feed for everyday, so tempting!!!

    Hi Marianna! Not sure what you mean by point-based foods but what MFP does is track your calories (+ / - ) and you can level it with the exercise you're doing. So even if you're eating a lot, by equalizing it with exercise you'll eventually come to a breakeven.

    I've never had a problem with weight loss cause I could lose weight just by my fast metabolism alone, but now that I'm pregnant and 33 weeks, it's a real challenge! I was told to gain weight at 3 months, and now I'm being advised to lose! I started 102 lbs when I was 3 months pregnant and last checkup (Sept 26) I was at 134. Now I'm at 132.277 lbs just by using MFP! When I wasn't using it, I find myself eating more and more and didn't know how much progress I was at. I wish I used MFP sooner in my pregnancy though! I have been a member since late 2012 but relapsed and forgot to use the app. So now I'm returning and making it a point to stay!
