    120 lbs loss with PICS

    In 2012 I reached 320 pounds. I was unmotivated, I didnt want to do anything but sleep all day and eat. I finally opened my eyes when I Was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance. I have worked so hard to get this weight off, and believe me when I tell you it wasnt easy.Now I weight 205 lbs at 6 feet tall . I am 30 lbs away from my goal weight. First, I started to just walk. I walked to the store, then I started doing low impact aerobics and yoga, which then evolved into doing Zumba and T25. The first picture is of my dad and I at the Houston Zoo. That day , I had to continuously keep sitting down in order to get through the day. My dad was worried about my heavy breathing

      thankyou all :) Its been a long time coming, Good health is everything, and I feel so much better knowing I can walk a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing.

      Thankyou all so much <3 I hope I can inspire other people to keep going, because you're goals are achievable. I didnt think I would lose any weight, until I stopped making excuses and just did it. Our boundaries are limitless , we will go as far as we let ourselves.
