Your favorite meatloaf recipe + mug + 3-4 minutes in the microwave (more if your mug is big)

Drain and eat. Works like a charm.

    2 slices bread
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp grape jelly
Arrange bread facing up. Spread peanut butter on one slice. Spread jelly on other slice. Carefully put together. Cram sandwich unto mug. Enjoy.

Sorry could you break that down for me? I tried it at home and ended up with a banana milkshake.

Must have used the wrong glass.

    1 slice of bread
    Butter (LOTS)
    1 egg

Toast your bread and slather it with lots of butter, break into pieces and put in mug. Fry up 1 egg (sunny side up), put in mug. Add salt and pepper, mix well.

It's not the healthiest with all the butter but my grandma made this for me when I was sick or just because and it's so yummy.

Great recipes/ideas. I especially like the desserts because they are individual servings.
