    my health problems are fixing themselves by just dropping weight.
    I wish more people would understand this!
    So much that's related to being overweight improves or resolves by getting fit.

    Thankyou all for the encouraging and flattering comments. I will strive as much as I Can to reach my goals and get into the coast guard. I am physically in better shape now than I was when I Was playing football in Highschool.

    yes even my doctor agreed, more than half of american health problems are related to obesity.
