IIFYM + CUTTING + REFFED HELP

On Monday I cut my macros a little more because I felt I stopped losing body fat with the old numbers I had.
Currently cutting at PCF 157/119/62 (used the IIFYM calculator)
How do I know when I refeed?
I still get hungry with these current numbers but been seeing changes with my body.
I just drink water because I think the hunger is all in my head.
Read Lanye Nortons article "The Ultimate Cutting Diet" and still confused and scared to refeed (if I can)
Don't wanna gain weight but also tired of still wanting to eat
My BF% is somewhere between maybe 15-16.
Last I check I was at 20% back in spring and been dropping a nice amount of weight.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

For starting off, you can do a referring day ~1 time/week to see how your body responds. Don't go overboard, but definitely up the carbs on that day. Layne is the man. Dude is awesome.
