Hello everyone

I just joined this site in August and I love it all ready. I know this question has probably been asked a million times but I want to make sure I do this right. My BMR says I should eat 1566 calories per day. If I do an hour worth of exercise am I supposed to eat 1566 plus the 400 calories for a total of 1966 that day? Thanks for your help! My daughter and I are going to Europe next year and I want to make sure I look good when we get there!:bigsmile:
