Well for me, it's buying pants two sizes smaller than the ones I was wearing last month.

    Sounds motivating to me! (I'm jealous though, I've lost over twice that and still in the same pants, though they are almost too big to be wearing... maybe by the time I hit 40).

    wtg!!! What I do is on my official weigh in day when I also do my measurements, I get the next size of jeans down from what I am currently wearing and compare how close I am getting to be able to wear them.
