    since i blew it today (feeling sick on the couch) i will come again with full force tomorrow. My goal for tomorrow is to walk at least 60 minutes.

    It's Friday lunchtime here ... goal for the day was to do a 10km bike ride, which I did first thing this morning ...

    I'm doing a little triathlon on Sunday (300m swim, 10km bike ride, 3km run or in my case walk a bit run a bit!)

    So I'll be away until Monday ...

    Good luck to everyone with their goals. I'm expecting a big loss this week as it'll be my first week eating sensibly using MFP.

    OK JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS THE DATE IS CHANGING TO THE 16TH TO KEEP UP WITH THE DATES FOR THE WEIGH INS!!!! THE FINAL DAY IS MARCH 16TH!!!!!!
