BINDER USE

I recently had my c-section last year and I was wondering if using a binder during workout would help on shredding off this unwanted fat hanging on my belly.Does anyone use a binder during exercise?Does this help?

    I think it will give you extra support when you are doing things like jumping jacks ,which will make exercising more comfortable, and therefore maybe make you more likely to keep it up. But I don't think if will actually speed the weight loss in that particular section just by having it on....

    Helps with posture during exercise too...and we all know good posture can make you LOOK thinner.
