started january 1, 2011 trying to compare results

Today is an awesome day. Scale indicated 230, so down 20 since january 1.
I ride a stationary bike every morning. Currently 60 minute ride and today was best results. 18.4 miles
I also have started some dumbbell exercises. To tone up.

Today even started riding at 4:30am.

If you started around january 1 share results and what your doing.

If you have not posted your pic, it is a way you give back and help people just starting. I find them very motivating.

    I'm down 8 from Jan 1! 4 from starting here! I try to avoid pictures, but I think I might take and post a few!
  • Congrats! 20 lbs is amazing! I also started on Jan 1st. I alternate 30 minutes on the treadmill and eliptical everyday and have lost 11 lbs so far. Keep up the good progress!
  • Down 9 since January 1 (total of 16 since December 26th) and a total of 4.5 inches overall. :smile:

    Eating Healthier, drinking plenty of water and walking with Leslie Sansone DVD as often as I can.

    Even if you don't post pictures at least keep for yourself. You might want the motivation. The results are giving for the tough weeks ..

    I started January 13th, I have lost about 18 lbs, but I have a lot more to lose than you do. I am doing a diet and nutritional program with a local hospital. My goal is 125 lbs lost.

    Wow that's a huge result in just one month! Make sure you're eating enough to compensate! Congrats!
