Over 50 Newbie needs support

My husband and I are taking a trip of a lifetime to Sweden, Denmark, and Norway in July, and I have made a promise to myself to get in shape. This means losing 25 lb. and exercising 4 days a week. . . .
Day 1 is going great . . . but I fear the day my pink cloud bursts. This is why I'll need a lot of support!

It's all about dedication, how long you're willing to go. When things get rough (and they will during the first 3 weeks of working out) just think about what you have to do THIS day to get through. Tomorrow is another day, and we can worry about it when the time comes.0

The good thing about this site is that you are not alone and we are here for you. Obviously, we wouldn't be on a site that has the word Pal in it if we could do it my ourselves...so girl, remember we are watching and cheering. You can "friend" me if you like.
