Tracking my food for two weeks now and the pounds are falling off. Keep up the good work everyone.

  • I lost almost 50 pounds by exercising and using mail order food.

    but since then I stopped and just tried to do it by eating smaller amount of foods and not stuffing myself.

    Thank God for Myfitnesspal. Now I know when I've over eaten and when I'm on track, and no more mail order food. And now when I exercise I can put that on there too. Awesome.
  • im not even working out and the weight is coming off. I think the biggest thing is not eating whatever you want. You are kind of held liable for the stuff you eat. And I think its cool trying to stay under the daily calorie goal. Cutting out sodas and going out to eat everyday really helps.

    I know what you mean. I've been using this off only a week and I am totally addicted. I went a little over more calories and felt guilty so I worked out and it was all better,lol.
