I had an assessment done that told me that I need to eat 1800 calories/day based on my height and weight. The only way I can get my daily calorie allowance to show 1800 is by inflating my weight by 30lbs. Does anyone know how to manually add calories without messing with my weight? I really don't like saying I weigh 200 lbs when I'm trying to lose weight!!

Under the goals tab select custom and you should be able to adjust it manually. You can also adjust your macro percentages which is awesome.0
