Wow it seems that everyone kicked it up a notch last week.
Here are the basics of the challenge. Anyone can join at any time. Set your own goal for the calories you want to burn for 1 week with a minimum of 3500 calories. Everyday post how many calories burned and how you burned them.
Here is the daily update format.

WOW.. You have lost so much already congrats!!! I will join your challenge... I think you are an inspiration!! My goal is to burn 4200 calories this week!!! Thats 600 a day... I said I would step it up in feb and I think this would be a great start!!

Good idea. Until I saw this I really hadn't looked at how many calories I burned in a week.
I'm going with 4500+ this week.

I'm in - would've never pushed it this hard if not for this challenge.
I'm gonna ratchet my goal up just slightly (always want to be improving).

I am in again this week but I will decrease my goal from 4500 to 4000 this week. Last week I could not take a day off trying to meet my goal.

This is a great idea!! Im in!! I need some more mini challenges to help me take things up a notch. I lack in the consistency that I need. This will help!

I'm in again this week! Stepping up from 3500 to 3800 (since last week I managed 3700). Me and my pudgey butt thank you for the added incentive to push myself a little harder every week!
