Hitting the wall

Help! Since Christmas I've completely lost my focus, I can't stick to my target calories - I'm eating a healthy meal plan and then tucking in to 4-500 calories worth of rubbish every day. I have to force myself to exercise and I'm perpetually starving (even though my 'good' calories are at about 1500). I'm fed up, can't seem to find anything to inspire or motivate me at the moment and I just don't know what to do about it. Sigh. :brokenheart:

What motivated you in the beginning? Maybe if you get back to there you can find a way to get back to it?0

You have already made great progress at this .... but you have to decide that you are WORTH IT. I know it is a long slow road but you aren't alone...lean on your support team and put yourself first by doing what is good for you.0
