    I have always wanted to do kickboxing. I think my treat to myself after I lose about 30 lbs will be to get into kickboxing :D You look awesome!!! :happy:

    Do you use any weights during your workouts? How did you get your arms looking so lean and muscular?

    Sara_m83- Thanks, I do jm 30 day shred using 3 lb weights, theres also a lot of boxing in the Tae Bo workout that I have been doing. I go to the gym when I am able to and on the days I cant Ill do my tb workout or jm 30 day shred. I just alternate a lot of workouts. I also do a "tower" every day - laying face down on the floor supporting my body with my elbows and feet, its kind of like a plank pose. Ill do that for a minute. I still have a ways to go with my arms but I have found that they have always been the easiest to tone as opposed to my lower half lol.
