I believe my biggest downfall in dieting is my INTENSE chocolate cravings! I feel like I NEED to eat it at least once every day. I've tried buying weight watcher's deserts and sugar free cookies, but they're so small that I end up eating way too many once I start! Does anybody have any suggestions for low-fat deserts or ways to deal with sugar cravings?

My Mom gets fat free cool whip and spinkles cocoa powder on it and then tops it with a bit of fat free whipped cream. It is low in cals and it gets rid of her craving. She sometimes puts chopped almonds on it too.0

I used to get the Trader Joe's 100 calorie milk chocolate bars. There on the small side but they're big enough to be satisfying. And they are sooooo delicious, it's the best chocolate I've ever had!
But I've found the only way to really beat the cravings is to cut out refined sugar completely. I've been off it for about 3 weeks now and I'm totally over candy and soda. I just don't want it.0 -
